Preschool
Olam Tikvah Preschool (OTPS), established in 1973, is a child-centered, play-based Jewish preschool welcoming all children ages 2 through 5 (Pre-K). We offer a warm, inclusive environment led by caring teachers. Established in 1973, we have a play-based curriculum designed to encourage independence, enhance social skills, and develop problem solving abilities. Along with colors, shapes, numbers and letters, the children are also introduced to Jewish holidays, family relationships, nutrition, and seasons. The children have a garden where they grow vegetables that they enjoy at snack time. Our lead teachers have an average tenure of 17 years and our assistant teachers are quickly catching up. We offer this and so much more.
OTPS offers discounts for synagogue members. To learn more about OTPS, or to schedule a tour or obtain an application, please contact the Preschool Director at preschool@olamtikvah.org or (703) 425-1886. We look forward to welcoming you and your child into the OTPS family!

Our play-based curriculum encourages independence, enhances social skills, and develops problem solving abilities. Experiential learning allows the children to become participants in the Jewish and secular holidays they learn about and the gardens they grow.
We offer a 3 or 5 day program for our 2-3 year old class and 3-4 year-old class and 5 days for our 4-5 year-old (Pre-K) class.
